Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Lights ("Peak," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, request an estimate, communicate with us, schedule service, approve an estimate, or purchase services. Peak Lights serves Litchfield and surrounding Southern New Hampshire communities.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Peak, we may collect:
- identifiers and contact details, including name, service address, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
- project and property information, including requested services, measurements, design preferences, access notes, photos, scheduling constraints, and communications;
- transaction information, including estimates, approvals, invoices, payment status, and limited payment-related records supplied by our payment processor;
- communication records, including calls, recordings or transcripts when enabled and disclosed, text messages, emails, voicemail, forms, and support requests;
- website and advertising data, including device or browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters, cookies, and similar technologies; and
- consent and preference records, including transactional and marketing communication choices.
Please do not send full card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or other sensitive payment data through a contact form, text message, email, or CRM note.
How we use information

- design, install, maintain, remove, store, and support holiday lighting displays;
- send appointment, estimate, invoice, payment, service, safety, weather, and project-status communications;
- maintain customer and property history and improve routing, staffing, inventory, quality, and customer service;
- process and reconcile transactions and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate records, or unauthorized activity;
- measure website, campaign, and advertising performance and improve our services; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect customers, employees, Peak, and the public.
Calls, email, and text messages
By providing contact information, you authorize Peak to respond about your inquiry or service. Transactional messages may include estimate follow-up, appointment details, arrival notices, service updates, invoices, and account support. Marketing messages are sent only when permitted by your consent and applicable law.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts or HELP for help. You may also call (603) 522-7616. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary non-marketing service or account communications where permitted by law.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to vendors that help us operate, such as our CRM and communications platform, phone and email providers, website and form hosting, payment processors, scheduling, accounting, analytics, advertising, storage, and professional advisors. These providers may process information for Peak under their own contracts and privacy obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, property, or security; in connection with a business reorganization or transfer; or with your direction or consent. We do not authorize service providers to use SMS opt-in information for their own marketing.
Payments and cards
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Peak does not intend to store complete card numbers or security codes in HighLevel fields, notes, tasks, messages, or documents. A processor may offer a secure card-on-file feature subject to its terms and your authorization.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our site may use essential cookies and, when enabled, analytics or advertising technologies to understand visits, preserve preferences, measure form submissions, attribute campaigns, and improve advertising. Where our consent banner is shown, you may choose essential-only or broader cookie preferences. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, although some functions may not work as intended.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide recurring seasonal service, maintain property and transaction history, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete certain personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, subject to legal and operational exceptions. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for transactions, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documented consent. To make a request, call (603) 522-7616.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults arranging property services, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
