The Peak Lights process

From first idea to labeled storage.

One connected process keeps the customer informed while the design, installation, service, takedown, and renewal details stay organized in the Peak Lights CRM.

Six connected stages

A professional display should be simple for the customer.

  1. Tell us about the property

Submit the full service address, contact information, requested display areas, and acknowledgement of the current $1,500 starting point.

  2. Choose an on-site estimate time

Qualified requests can continue to the estimate calendar. Unusual locations, access needs, or scope questions receive a quick manual review.

  3. Walk the property and set priorities

The consultation identifies rooflines, entries, greenery, focal points, color preferences, power access, and practical installation constraints.

  4. Review and approve the estimate

You receive the proposed seasonal scope and exact price. Nothing is reserved until the proposal is approved and the required deposit is paid.

  5. Installation and in-season care

The team follows the approved job notes and scheduled route. Ordinary service needs related to the installed system are handled during the season.

  6. Takedown, storage, and next-season confirmation

The system is removed and organized for storage. Returning customers can confirm the next season through a streamlined renewal process tied to the prior scope and price record.

Timing

October installation expands the usable holiday window.

Seasonal routing begins in October so customers can be installed before the Thanksgiving rush. An early installation does not mean the display must be turned on immediately; activation timing can be coordinated around the property and customer preference.

Scheduling is route-aware. Dates depend on geography, property readiness, field capacity, weather, and the approved work. The CRM is designed to keep notes, assignments, and customer updates connected to the same job record.

Ready to plan the display?

Start with the property details.

The estimate request routes the address, service interests, and contact details into one place for qualification and scheduling.
