Longer runs, multiple elevations, tree or shrub coverage, and more focal points require additional material and field time.

Height and access

Roof pitch, setbacks, terrain, lift needs, and fall-protection requirements affect the safest practical installation method.

Color and pattern

Warm white, color, alternating patterns, and mixed display elements can require different layout and inventory planning.

Greenery and specialty pieces

Pre-lit wreaths, garland, bows, and other reusable seasonal pieces are priced according to size, placement, handling, and storage.

Electrical and property complexity

Available circuits, timer placement, cord routing, driveway or walkway crossings, and unusual obstacles can change the field plan.

Approval comes before reservation. You can review the proposed display and exact price before the 50% reservation deposit is requested. The remaining balance is handled according to the approved estimate and invoice.
