Peak Lights has lit Peterboro Diner every holiday season since 2024. The completed display combines multicolor roofline and facade lighting with illuminated mature trees and warm-white trunk wraps.

A returning holiday project
The lighting follows the building's street-facing outline and carries the multicolor palette into the surrounding trees. Warm-white trunk wraps add contrast at the sidewalk while the diner sign remains clearly visible.

Before and during the season
A daytime view shows Peterboro Diner before its seasonal display. A second photograph captures a personal holiday visit by the Peak Lights owner's parents after the property was lit for Christmas.

A New Hampshire landmark
Peterboro Diner is Worcester Lunch Car No. 827, a historic green-and-cream diner that has stood at Depot Square since about 1949–50. In 2024, Melanie Neily and business partners Greg and Krystal Sherwin took ownership as the diner marked 75 years at its present location. Neily moved to Peterborough from Litchfield, where Peak Lights is based, in September 2023. That gives this recurring holiday project an especially local connection.
